Fujifilm GFX 50S II

The Fujifilm GFX 50S II is the company’s newest medium-format camera, and it’s also the most inexpensive medium-format camera ever, beginning at $3,999 (body only). In essence, the GFX 50S II is a less-nice version of the GFX 100S, which begins at $5,999. It features a 51.4-megapixel sensor and a similar-sized chassis to the GFX 100S, however it lacks the phase-detect autofocus mechanism that the GFX 100S offers, instead opting for a contrast-detect focusing system. It also features a viewfinder that is smaller and has a lower magnification. (For those interested in learning more, DPReview has a good early evaluation.)
